Referral
A student is referred for Pre-ETS, typically through a DVR counselor working with the school or family.

Approval / Authorization
DVR determines eligibility and authorizes the specific Pre-ETS services a student will receive.

Scheduling
BlackMuse coordinates delivery with the school or site around the authorized services and student schedule.

Service Delivery
BlackMuse delivers the authorized Pre-ETS services, individually or in a group setting.
